O R D E R

% 12.08.2016 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the grond that he has to perform the marriage of his daughter and arrange funds for the same. A status report has been filed by the learned Additional Standing Counsel as per which the factum of the marriage of the petitioner's daughter has been verified. The marriage is scheduled for 23rd September, 2016 at village Kuriban, Madhubani, Bihar.

As per the nominal roll the unexpired portion of the petitioner's sentence is approximately less than six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM/ Duty Magistrate. Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
