% 06.04.2016 CS(OS) 2517/2007 The case file has been taken up pursuant to noting dated 30.03.2016 of the Registry subsequent to order dated 28.03.2016 of learned District and Session Judge (East) KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein, it is mentioned that the present case does not falls within the jurisdiction of the said district Court.

Vide order dated 16.12.2015, the present case was transferred to the Court of Ld. District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015. The said transfer order dated 16.12.2015 at Joint Registrar was merely a ministerial order as per aforesaid notification for transfer of case. Since the territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction of the present matter lies in Shahdara District (as stated by learned counsel for plaintiff), therefore, the present matter stands transferred to the said district. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shahadara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 08.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Aforesaid earlier order dated 16.12.2015 stands recalled.
