% 16.12.2016 Petitioner and complainant have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 14th December, 2016, which is on record. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
