Mr. George, learned counsel for the petitioner states that leave may be granted to his client to withdraw the present petition while reserving their right to approach the Fee Hike Committee and point out the clerical/arithmetical errors which have purportedly crept in the orders passed by the said Committee. He also clarifies that the petitioner has not deposited any amount in this court.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The present petition is disposed with liberty granted to the petitioner as prayed for above. In the event, the grievance of the petitioner survives even after approaching the Fee Hike Committee, it shall be entitled to seek appropriate legal recourse.
