The counsel for the plaintiff states that disputes subject matter of this suit have been settled in mediation proceeding in a connected suit. A copy of the order dated 27th January, 2016 of the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi is handed over in the Court and which is taken on record. A reference to the present suit is found therein. 2.

The counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit with refund of the court fees paid.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn for the reasons aforesaid. 4.
