% 20.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an unauthorized and illegal construction being carried out at property bearing No. 1220, Gali Samosan, Garash Khana, Delhi, no action has been taken by the respondents.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 has put an appearance. He under instructions states that the property stands booked and partial demolition action has been taken and next demolition ride will also be concluded within an outer limit of four weeks from today. Respondent No.3 will assist respondent No. 1 & 2 at the time of the aforenoted action.

In view of the aforenoted submissions made by the concerned respondents, no further orders are called for on this petition. Petition
