Appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 23.01.2013 passed by the learned MACT awarding compensation of Rs.260,585/- along with interest @ 7.5% p.a. from the date of filing of the claim petition.

After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the parties that the appellant(s) shall get enhanced amount of Rs.2,10,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the award of the learned Tribunal as full and final compensation. Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that enhancement amount be released.

In view of the above settlement, respondent insurance company is granted 06 weeks time to deposit the said enhanced amount of Rs. 2,10,000/- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the concerned Tribunal failing which it shall carry 9% interest on delayed deposit. The Tribunal is directed to release the said amount to the appellant subject to complying with all the requisite formalities. 4.
