The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.445/2011 registered under Sections 364A/368/120B IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act at PS Sarai Rohilla. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2011. Statements of the material prosecution witnesses have already been recorded. In the similar circumstances, co-accused Manvir Singh @ Manny was granted regular bail by this Court in Bail Application 454/2016 by an order dated 26.05.2016. It was noted therein that the material witnesses including the complainant have not supported the prosecution.

Learned APP has informed that there is no other incriminating circumstance at present against the petitioner to connect him with the crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
