The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.954/2015 registered under Sections 342/363/366/376(D) & 6 of POCSO Act at PS Janakpuri. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner seeks interim bail only to attend the marriage of his real sister fixed for 20.07.2016. Facts mentioned in the application regarding marriage of petitioner's real sister has been confirmed and verified.

Status report further reveals that the petitioner has already lost his father. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has already been filed. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to participate in the BAIL APPLN. 1391/2016

marriage of his real sister fixed for 20.07.2016, he is granted interim bail for five days from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the condition that the petitioner shall not contact the prosecutrix and other witnesses and shall not criminally intimidate them in any manner. He shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
