% 15.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of regular follow up, he has been unable to obtain instructions from the petitioner. It is noted that associate of the counsel for the petitioner had entered appearance in the matter on 21.12.2016, when an adjournment had been granted on their request. Thereafter, repeated adjournment has been taken by the petitioner on 09.03.2017, 30.03.2017, 12.07.2017 and 26.10.2017. Even today, learned counsel for the petitioner is praying for an adjournment. The above proceedings show that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present objection petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
