By way of this transfer petition filed under Section 24 of CPC, petitioner is praying that Probate Case No.77/2015 titled as 'Suraj Mal Vs. State & Others' and Probate Case No.81/2015 titled as 'Ram Kishan Vs. State & Others' pending in the Court of Ms.Archana Sinha, ADJ-03, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi be transferred to the Court of Mr.Ajay Goel, ADJ, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi where land acquisition matter bearing No.29/2008 titled as 'Ran Singh (deceased) through LRs Vs. Union of India' is already pending.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matters sought to be transferred is at the stage of final arguments before the learned Trial Court. Hence he is under instruction to withdraw this transfer petition. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
