% 28.04.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this petition the petitioner is seeking quashing of the FIR. It is submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the police has filed the closure report in the case pending before Trial Court and keeping that in view, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to keep his right reserved to challenge any further order passed in the case with which he is aggrieved. In the facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
