% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of unauthorised construction having been carried out at the aforenoted three properties i.e. the property bearing No.D-6, D-10 and D-4, Shradhanand Marg, S.N. Market, Lahori Gate, Delhi. No action has been taken by the respondents.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 has put in appearance. Respondent no.3 is also represented. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 under instructions states that the property No.D-10 and E-4, Shradhanand Marg, S.N. Market, Lahori Gate have been booked and appropriate action qua these

properties will be taken in accordance with law in a time bound manner within an outer limit of 8 weeks and the same shall be intimated to the petitioner. Qua property No.D-6, his submission is that as on date there appears to be no deviation, however, if any deviation is noted appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. Respondent no.3 had in fact given a complaint to respondent nos.1 and 2 about a basement which was being dug in property No.D-6. This aspect shall be considered by respondent nos.1 and 2 and the deviation if any qua property No.D-6 shall also be considered and action will be taken in accordance with law. Petitioner be intimated in accordance with law.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
