Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the case, he would not press the present petition.

It is informed that 19 out of 22 witnesses have already been examined and only the officials/Investigating Officers are remaining for examination.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the testimony of the remaining prosecution witnesses and conclude the same preferably within two months from the next date of hearing.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the abovesaid directions.
