% 15.07.2016 At the outset, it is pointed out that the address of the petitioners as mentioned in the Memo of Parties has a typographical error. The present address be read as 'R/o G-19, Kirti Nagar, Delhi' instead of 'R/o G-90, Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The petitioner has been permitted to make the correction in the memo of parties which has been done under his initials. Issue notice. Ms. Kapoor accepts notice.

The petitioner has filed the present petition to seek a direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to grant them protection against threats and interference by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in their marital life. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are stated to be major and they have contracted a marriage, which, according to them, is not to the liking of respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Respondent No. 3 is the father and respondent No. 4 is the brother of petitioner No. 1-Babita Rani. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to provide adequate protection to the said petitioners against any threat or interference by respondent Nos. 3 or 4.
