% 09.03.2017 The petitioners are present in Court with their counsel. The grandfather of petitioner No.1 is also present though he is not a party. The father of petitioner No.1 Narender Kumar/ respondent No.4 has, unfortunately, passed away on 15.12.2016.

The grandfather of petitioner No.1 Sardar Singh Sehrawat states that his family members have accepted the marriage of the petitioners and he

assures that nobody from his family shall issue any threat to the petitioners or cause any harm to them.

The petitioners are satisfied with the said assurance and they state that presently they do not have any threat perceived from the private respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of at this stage. However, in case the petitioners receive any threats from any of the private respondents, it shall be open to them to approach the SHO concerned, who shall address their grievance expeditiously.
