% 11.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 6th January, 2016 whereby the respondent/Director (Revenue), Delhi Jal Board was directed to decide petitioner's representations dated 7th and 18th April, 2015 within a period of eight weeks.

Today in Court learned standing counsel for DJB has handed over a copy of the order dated 29th July, 2016 passed by the Director (Revenue), Delhi Jal Board in pursuance to the aforesaid order. In view thereof, present contempt petition and the application stand disposed of as infructuous.
