O R D E R

% 24.07.2018 The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, instituted on behalf of the petitioner prays as follows:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue:- i) A writ of mandamus directing respondent university to grant affiliation to petitioner institute for running the M.B.A. and B.A. LL.B. programmes for academic session 2018-19 and include the name of the petitioner institute in the forthcoming admission counselling to be held.

ii) Pass any order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Ms. Ekta Sikri, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (for short 'GGSIPU').

With the consent of the parties, the present petition has been heard finally and is disposed of with a direction to the GGSIPU to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of affiliation qua the running of M.B.A. and B.A. LL.B. courses for the academic session 2018-19, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three working days from today, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. The GGSIPU may inform the petitioner, through its counsel, of the time and place of hearing, during the course of the day today. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
