% 19.01.2016 Vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Learned counsel for defendants submits that vide order dated 16.04.2015 this suit was consolidated with suit No.3270/2012 and consolidated issues were framed. Learned counsel further submits that vide order dated 15.12.2015 passed by Hon'ble Court in suit No. 3270/2012, that suit has been transferred to New Delhi District, Patiala House Court for 09.02.2016. As this suit is consolidated with suit No. 3270/2012, this suit should also go to the same District.
