This appeal is disposed of as not pressed as it is stated that the order of the Court which is hearing the case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is only for the respondent not being dispossessed without due process of law. Reference in this regard is invited to the order dated 10.6.2016.

Accordingly this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid liberty to move the trial court for clarification in view of the order dated 10.6.2016 passed in the case pending under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
