Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that in view of the recent order dated 17th September, 2017 issued by the competent authority, the posting order of the petitioner has been deferred upto 31st March, 2018, to enable him to complete his tenure in Delhi. Ms.Lamba states that in view of the said order, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. Copy of the order dated 17th September, 2017, handed over by the counsel for the respondents, is taken on record. 2.
