% 05.05.2017 REV.PET. 169/2017 and CM Appl. Nos. 16615-16/2017 By this review petition, the petitioner seeks review of the order of this court dated 02.03.2017. The petitioner along with the review petition has filed voluminous documents which are not even part of the trial court record. Reliance is placed on the report of a Local Commissioner dated 28.03.2012 who was appointed by another court in a different matter. However, reliance is placed on the order dated 25.07.2013 of the said case being Suit No. 93/2012 to contend that when the suit was withdrawn the court had permitted the parties to file this Local Commissioner's report in the present matter.

Be that as it may, the petitioner cannot be allowed to file evidence at this stage after even the revision has been dismissed. There is no merit in the present review petition and the same is

dismissed.
