% 20.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the circumstance that the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), has already issued a sanctioned plan, under Clause 336 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, in relation to the subject property bearing Plot No. A-14, Khasra No. 443/204, in Abadi of Lal Dora, Village Masoodpur, New Delhi-110070. Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
