Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after a petition was drafted the petitioner disclosed certain facts which are relevant and prays leave to be granted to withdraw the writ petition with right protected of the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. 3.

Granting liberty as prayed for the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
