I have heard learned counsel.

Though I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant at this stage, considering the fact that 26 out of 33 witness have been examined, I direct

the Trial Court to record the remaining evidence of the prosecution witnesses without any delay and preferably within the next three months. The prosecution evidence be completed within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the defence evidence, if any, shall also be led without any undue delay. The Trial Court should endeavour to deliver the judgment within a month thereafter. The Director, FSL is directed to ensure that the report is sent to the Trial Court without any further delay.

The petition stands disposed of.
