Union of India and others, LPA 801/2012, decided on 26th November, 2013, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action in the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition and applications stand disposed of.
