% 22.07.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted by the respondents at property No. 3443, Delhi Gate, New Delhi. Public land has been encroached.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put an appearance. Her submission is that under instructions, she is permitted to inform this Court that this property already stands booked and the police has also been informed about the aforenoted illegal and unauthorized construction. The property having been booked, a demolition drive has been fixed for 23.07.2016 and an action in accordance with law shall be taken. In view of the aforenoted undertaking furnished by respondent

No. 1, no further orders are called for on this petition which is disposed of.
