This is an application filed under Section 151 & 152 CPC for seeking correction in the amended memo of parties dated 14.05.2019 filed by the appellants.

It is stated that while preparing the execution, the appellants discovered that, due to inadvertence, a typographical error had occurred in the names of appellants Nos. 6 and 7, and the same mistake continued in the amended memo of parties that were later refiled upon the demise of certain appellants. 3.

mentioned in the amended memo of parties dated 14.05.2019 and in fact there are no appellants by the name of Sh. Hari Ram and Sh. Gurcharan, which are shown at serial no.6 and 7 in the amended memo of parties dated 14.05.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, who appears on advance notice, have no objection if the present application is allowed.

Since it is the formal application necessitated on account of typographical error, the present application seeking correction in amended memo of parties is allowed. The corrected amended memo of parties filed along with the present application is taken on record. 7.
