This hearing is being conducted through hybrid mode. 2.
No one appeared for the appellant when the matter was called. 3.
Having gone through the impugned order dated 19.04.2018, which is assailed in the present appeal under Section 23 of the Railways Claims Tribunal Act, 1987, whereby the claim of the respondents/claimants have been allowed, this Court finds that the present appeal is bereft of any merits.

The claim petition was filed by the parents of the deceased/Ankit Kumar, who died in a railway accident that occurred on 03.09.2008.

On a careful perusal of the impugned award passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, it reveals that the deceased was travelling in Jaipur- Bhiwani Passenger train on 03.09.2008, and it was found that he accidently fell from the train and his body was found on Line No.2 immediately after the crossing of two passenger trains. A railway ticket from Rewari to Kosli besides cash was also found from the body of the deceased.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it was held that the deceased was a bona fide passenger and he died in an untoward incident. 7.
There are no grounds to hold that the impugned award suffers from any kind of patent illegality or perversity in law. 8.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
