O R D E R

% 08.04.2017 After negotiations, the matter stands amicably settled between the parties and that the respondent No.3/Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs.3,70,000/- over and above, the amount so awarded by the MACT Court which shall be paid towards full & final settlement of all the claims to the appellant against the respondents. The amount shall be deposited within one month from today, lest the respondent company shall pay an interest @ 9% per annum on Rs.3,70,000/- with effect from today.

The appeal stands disposed of on deposit of the amount in terms of the above order.
