MAT.APP.(F.C.) 176/2018 Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Family court. The grievance of the appellant is that various issues raised by the appellant were not considered by the Family court. We had pointed out to the learned counsel for the appellant that the complete reading of the order gives an impression that it is a consent order. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant had only consented with regard to the timings and the place of meeting. However, the other grounds urged by the appellant were not considered.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we grant liberty to the appellant to file a review petition, if so advised, in case according to the appellant, certain grounds were urged but not considered by the Family Court.

With these directions, the appeal and CM APPL 30094/2018 are disposed of.
