% 06.02.2020 CM APPL.No.3401/2020 is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC on behalf of the appellant as well as of respondents. It is stated they have settled the matter voluntarily without any undue influence from any corner and in terms of the settlement agreement dated 11.12.2019, more specifically, per paras no.1 to 11 of the said settlement, duly signed by the parties. It is stated the parties shall act in accordance of the terms and conditions contained in the settlement agreement dated 11.12.2019.

In view of the submissions so made the appeal stands disposed of in terms of paras no.1 to 11 of the settlement agreement dated 11.12.2019. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
