% 17.12.2018 Vide order of 23rd May, 2018, respondent was directed to give a Show Cause Notice prior to personal hearing and after obtaining reply, to pass a speaking order on the Representation within two weeks. Counsel for respondent-UGC has handed over copy of order of 13th December, 2018 purportedly in compliance of order of 23rd May, 2018. Petitioner's counsel submits that order of 13th December, 2018 is not in compliance with the directions issued vide order of 23rd May, 2018. On the contrary, counsel for respondent-UGC submits that if petitioner is still aggrieved, then petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of 13th December, 2018 before the appropriate forum and in these proceedings, legality of order of 13th December, 2018 is not required to Page | 1

be adjudicated.

Upon hearing, I find that communication of 13th December, 2018 of respondent-UGC sufficiently complies the directions issued on 23rd May, 2018 and if petitioner is not satisfied, then petitioner is at liberty to assail the order of 23rd May, 2018 on merits before the appropriate forum.
