% 20.09.2017 This petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') seeking direction for respondent No.2 not to release any amount due and payable by them to respondent No.1.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the arbitration proceedings are going on.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 very fairly states that if any amount is due and payable to respondent No.1 by respondent No.2 as per law, then the same shall not be paid and the same shall be deposited in this court with the intimation to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
