The Petition under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Mahendri for quashing /setting aside the Order dated 19.06.2018 in Case FIR No. 130/2018 under Section 498A/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sunlight Colony.

The Respondent No. 2 has been granted bail in the FIR No. 130/2018. 3.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondent No. 2, as well as, the learned APP, submit that the Charges had been framed and nine witnesses out of 44 witnesses, including the Petitioner, have already been recorded. 5.
