% 16.05.2016 CS(OS) 2298/2013 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 04.05.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 01.03.2016 of learned District & Session Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi, whereby she was of the view that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lie in the said court. Vide order dated 26.11.2015, the matter was transferred to South District, Saket Court for 12.01.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 26.11.2015 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi on 18.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
