% 15.02.2016 CS(OS) 189/2012 On 15.10.2015, learned counsel for defendant nos. 1 to 3 had submitted that the matter is an advance stage of compromise and only some issues are to be resolved. None is present on behalf of plaintiff, to deny the said fact. Even today none for parties is present to confirm the factum of said compromise.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 02.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
