Mr. Ravinder Sethi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner is pursuing certain other remedies under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. Accordingly, on instructions, he wishes to withdraw the present petition to avoid any prejudice being caused to the Petitioner on account of any order in these proceedings.

2. In view of above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also dismissed.
