While dismissing the appeal as withdrawn we simply record that appellant would have the remedies against an order passed afresh on the application filed by the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage MAT.APP.(F.C.) 97/2016

Act and all pleas shall be available to the appellant if he be aggrieved by the order with which passed.

No costs.
