Inspector Sanjeev Kumar from Police Station - Jamia Nagar, New Delhi undertakes that they shall provide adequate police force to respondent No.1/South Delhi Municipal Corporation, so as to enable the latter to carry out the program of demolition of unauthorized construction at the subject property tomorrow i.e. 25.07.2018 at 10:00 a.m. Directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, since the official respondents have undertaken to discharge their statutory functions, in accordance with law, no further directions are required in the present proceedings. W.P.(C) 7410/2018

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of.
