% 30.09.2016 By order dated 19.07.2016, this case was transferred, in view of the change of pecuniary jurisdiction to the court of District Judge (North-East) at Karkardooma Courts. The file has been returned by the court of Additional District Judge-02 (North-East) to whom the case was allocated, by proceedings dated 26.08.2016, inter-alia, stating that the case pertains to the Shahdara District. This position has been confirmed by the Registrar (original) by his report dated 15.09.2016. In this view of the matter, the directions in order dated 19.07.2016 are modified.

The case shall be sent on transfer to the court of District Judge (Shahdara) at Karkardooma Courts Complex and laid before the said court on 08th November, 2016 when the parties shall appear for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The District Judge (Shahdara) may in his discretion keep the file on his board or allocate it to the appropriate court of Additional District Judge under his control.
