Learned counsel for the parties state that a one-time settlement proposal submitted by the petitioner and the borrowers in sum of `2.05 crores has been accepted by the Allahabad Bank. After adjusting amounts received and giving credit thereto, post-dated cheques in sum of `53 lakhs have been issued and received by Allahabad Bank. 2.

In said view of the matter learned counsel state that instant petition may be disposed of taking on record the one-time settlement entered into between the parties.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.

No cost.
