% 21.07.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21st July, 2015 whereby the petitioner was given liberty to file an appropriate application before respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks to revive its execution petition and respondent No.2 was directed to decide it expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the application was filed before respondent No. 2 on 17th December, 2015, yet no action has been taken by the respondent no.2 so far.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court directs respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 17th December, 2015 at page 21 of the paper book within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law and
after giving notice to respondent no. 1.
This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
