% 09.08.2018 The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction to the respondent to allow the petitioner to join as TGT Teacher. The background of the case is that the petitioner was selected against the post of TGT but at the time of medical examination, she was found to be pregnant and she was directed to report for medication examination after six weeks from the date of the delivery. The counsel for the respondent has furnished the copy of the report to this effect. The same is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent has further furnished another document dated 08.08.2018 vide which the petitioner has been asked to go for medical examination.
After hearing the counsel for parties and on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, present writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner would go for the medical examination within a period of 30 days from today itself.
