% 31.08.2016 In terms of this Court‟s order dated 16.08.2016 the height of the petitioner has been checked by the Delhi High Court Medical Unit, which is a part of the Directorate of Health Services, GNCT of Delhi. The CMO of the Delhi High Court Medical Unit has certified that the height of the petitioner is 166.7 cms. Accordingly, he meets the minimum requirement of 165 cms.

In view of the above, the petitioner would be eligible for physical endurance test for the post of Fire Operator in Delhi Fire Service under post code 71/14 as per notification No.F.55(900)/2013/DSSSB/Exam/5772. Let physical endurance test of the petitioner be completed in the next four weeks. To allay the apprehension of the petitioner, Ms. Midha, the learned counsel for the respondents, submits that in all such cases videograph is preserved.

No other issue survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
