1. Against the refusal of interim relief, the present appeal has been filed. This appeal has been pending in this Court since 20th July 2018 and there has been no interim order in this appeal as well.

2. In the circumstances, the Court considers it appropriate to request the learned Single Judge to expedite the final disposal of the writ petition which is stated to be listed before the learned Single Judge on 27th February 2019. By that date, the parties should complete the pleadings and also file any other additional documents relevant to the case before the learned Single Judge so that the writ petition can be finally heard on the date fixed by the learned Single Judge.

3. No further directions are called for as far as the present appeal is concerned.
