% 19.07.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an application for modification/clarification of the order dated 12th January, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.11911/2015. He prays that in the event the Division Bench clarifies/modifies its order, then the petitioner should be given liberty to file another writ petition on the same cause of action.

Ordered accordingly.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition and the applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
