2. Notice. Mr. Sanjeev Narula, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the non-Applicant/Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the parties have been heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant states that although the order dated 27th October 2016 begins with the words 'it is being agreed between the parties", the Petitioner did not in fact consent to all of the directions that followed the said words.

5. The Court clarifies that even if the Petitioner wishes to withdraw its consent now, the directions issued by the Court by the order dated 27th October 2016 remain as such. The Court is not inclined to vary or modify any of the said directions issued by it.
