Vide Order dated 18.05.2023, the Application for the change of name of the Plaintiff No. 1 from "Country Inn & Suites by Carlson Inc." to "Radisson Hospitality Belgium BV/SRL", being, I.A. 4676/2023, was allowed and, accordingly, the Amended Memo of Parties was directed to be filed. The Amended Memo of Parties has been filed in compliance of Order dated 18.05.2023. The Registry is directed to reflect the change in Cause Title as per the Amended Memo of Parties.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the Parties have settled the dispute and the Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025. The learned Counsel for the Parties submits that the Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025. Accordingly, the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up.
