% 08.09.2016 1.
By the present petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 25th May, 2016 informing him the rejection of the parole sought on the ground to re-establish ties and arranging funds for the marriage of younger sisters.
2.
A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the petitioner is a resident of Village Jaunapur, PO Patauri, District Samastipur, Bihar where his father resides. The petitioner has one brother and five sisters out of which one sister is of marriageable age.
3.
A perusal of the nominal role reveals that the petitioner was granted W.P.(CRL) 2244/2016
parole, w.e.f. 1st September, 2015 for a period of four weeks in which there is no allegation that he misused the said concession. 4.
Considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier also granted parole and he did not misuse the concession and the unsatisfactory conduct of the petitioner in the Jail was in the year 2014, I deem it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 5.
Petition is disposed of.
6.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
